Synopsis

 

Cheol-jung, chief chef of Okryugwan, is separated with his family, his younger brother in South Korea. Never imagined to meet his brother again in this life, but dispatched to make Pyongyang Naengmyeon, for the request of South Korea at the 2018 Inter-Korean Panmunjom Summit. At the same time, Cheol-jung realizes that his younger brother is also attending as a South Korean entourage, so he leads his old body to Panmunjom to make Pyongyang Naengmyeon with the taste of his mother that his younger brother never forgets.

 

Director's Note

The average age of applicants for inter-korean family reunions in 2018 was 80, and the competition was 569:1.

There is no reason in the world that these people can't see each other.
